when in Rome, do as the Romans do
I like when business/homes flaunt neighborhood eccentricities and ethnicities
It just reminds me that St. Aloyisius was needlessly torn down for a crappy development.
Oh, and you can visit the rest of the remains at the Churchkey bar on Manchester in "The Grove."

Its My understanding that the store manager knew someone at ST. Aloysius or at the Dicoese and as such offered a new home for these various religious artifacts.

I am not saying that there are vampires... But have you ever found a good bulb of garlic at that Schnucks?

Don't forget to visit the singing olive bar while at Schnucks on the Hill!

You forgot about the extra large, gilded cross at the entrance gate on the vegetables side. I think it says it's from St. Aloysius. I personally think it's great to show a bit of cultural distinction in the market. Even a supermarket. Schucks on the Hill is a fantastic Schnucks, with a great bakery and a pretty good Italian specialty section. I'm delighted that I can shop there every week.
