I had lunch down on the Landing today and couldn't help but think about my post from the other day. While the crowd at the landing isn't exactly filled with my type of people, I thought it would be kind of awesome if there were blocks and blocks of this type of development downtown...of course all hope of that was lost when planning for a riverfront memorial began.

I really believe a viable neighborhood could have existed in the old riverfront area, and a really cool one at that.
