First of all, I agree... never gonna happen on the level that the sold it to everyone on... but I wouldn't blame the out of towners. Its not like the "in-towners" have done the best job with things around here. Besides, these guys have done some pretty nice projects in Baltimore and Kansas City.... St. Louis City gov just blows.
